The White-headed Capuchin (Cebus capucinus), also known as the White-faced Capuchin or White-throated Capuchin, is a small New World monkey of the family Cebidae, subfamily Cebinae. Native to the forests of South and Central America, White-throated Capuchins are important to rainforest ecology by their role in dispersing seeds and pollen.

Among the best known monkeys, White-headed Capuchins are recognized as the typical companion to the organ grinder and for the role of "Marcel" in the popular television series Friends. They are highly intelligent monkeys and have been trained as assistants for paraplegic persons.

We have 7 capuchin monkeys. All are white faced capuchins except Jilly. She is a mixture between a brown and a cinnamon we think.

Our baby girl, Tag will not be breeding at all. We have had her fixed so she can remain our special pet forever. She is the girl we never had. She sleeps with us every night and spends evenings with us. She was hand raised but for reasons we do not know she was passed around to 4 different homes before we purchased her. She has a forever home with us.

Jack was purchased from a breeder at 10 yrs old. He is friendly but not a pet. His mates are Tiah from Tennessee and Bria from Illinois and Josey from South Dakota.
