We prefer the puppy to be picked up in person, but we do ship, weather permitting, to your nearest airport (The airport must be able to receive puppies).
The buyer assumes all costs, and liability related to shipping the puppy. The price to fly to any Major Airport is $300 in the 50 states. International and out of the regional US flights start at $600. Flight includes a crate, USDA papers, Veterinary Health Check & Health Certificate, Health record, AKC puppy application for registration, shots up to date, and delivery to the Airport.
PRICES are subject to change at anytime due to the economy.
A $250 NON-Refundable deposit may be required to hold a specific puppy until it reaches the age to ship.
All money paid toward the purchase of a puppy is NON-REFUNDABLE.

IF THE PUPPY IS NOT PAID FOR AT AGREED AGE AND ARRANGEMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN MADE WE WILL RESELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE.
IF YOU WANT US TO KEEP THE PUPPY PAST 8 WEEKS OF AGE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY $5 PER DAY BOARDING FEE.
(Exception would be a tiny teacup or International sales needing more time before shipping) The deposit does go toward the purchase price.
WE MUST HAVE PAYMENT IN FULL BEFORE YOU WILL TAKE YOUR PUPPY HOME OR IT WILL BE SHIPPED. Final Payment (PAID THROUGH PAYPAL, CASH OR CASH THROUGH WESTERN UNION) in full is expected at least 1 week before shipping. The Breeder will copy this as a Bill of Sale/guarantee to be kept with your dogs records. WE DO NOT ACCEPT E-CHECKS THROUGH PAYPAL UNLESS THERE IS AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE THE PUPPY WILL BE SHIPPED.
The breeder guarantees the puppy against the following infections for a period
of 10days-(PARVO , DISTEMPEPER, RABIES) no other infectious diseases or viruses
are covered under this Replacement guarantee and the purchaser accepts this
agreement. ..The breeder is not responsible for the associated charges, such as
shipping or veterinarian fees, or mental stress... or Low blood sugar .
Loose stools or coccidia can be caused by stress and can develope within hours
into transport. and has nothing to do with bad or good breeding. We recommend
that a stool sample be analyzed within 72hrs of the puppy arriving to his new
home. This is to assure that the puppy has no internal intestinal parasites. Therefore
all puppies going to new homes need a stool sample analyzed
by the purchasers Vet to make sure the puppy has not developed any such
problems. If such a problem arises the purchaser takes full responsiblity to
care for the puppy and will not hold the breeder accountable in any way. The
breeder has administered only the basic de-worming product recommended by the
breeders' Vet and cannot be held accountable for a problem arising after the
puppy is delivered to the purchaser.. The Guarantee does not cover Parasites
internal or external.
The Breeder highly recommends that the purchaser seek the services of a VET that
is knowledgeable about this tiny breed in order at avoid any serious problems.
The Breeder WILL NOT be accountable for adverse reactions that may occur because
of vaccinations administered by the purchaser's Veterinarian.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to assure the proper care is given
should Hypoglycemia Symptoms (Low Blood Sugar) occur and the purchaser agrees
Not to hold the Breeder Accountable at any Time if a Vet service is required to
care for the sick puppy .
This guarantee does not cover Injuries caused by a fall or because the puppy was
physically harmed in any way. We recommend to never leave the puppy without
proper care or supervision or left alone on the couch, table, or bed and the
breeder recommends taking extra care when closing doors.
This guarantee does not cover ALLERGIES that the purchaser or his family members
may develop to the dog or cerebral injuries due to any circumstance.
A Show prospect does not mean it will WIN/FINISH in the Show Ring, there are a
lot of variables that are important that are not in our control when this dog is
shown/ handled. (training/care/food/socializing..ect) Puppies can change their
overall looks from 12wks to 8mo, we can only judge them at the time of sale.
This DOES NOT COVER the following Minor flaws or any condition that is minor
and those that can be corrected by Veterinarian intervention.
OPEN FRONTANEL also know as a Molera (A soft spot on top of the head),This spot
may or may not grow completely closed in the chihuahua. It is not a genetic
defect but a unique feature of the chihuahua.
We cannot guarantee sizes as adults, we give estimated guesses, the size chart
posted on some websites are not always correct ... Some chihuahuas puppies can
just stop growing and others get larger than expected.
Trachea: Small breeds do sometimes develop a peculiar cough or snorting, This is due to the
collapse of tracheal rings, it can be annoying to the owner of the dog, but is
not harmful to the dog.
Hernias (of any kind)
Testicles (not descending)
Patella Luxation, In the event that the puppy develops this condition, too short
or too long ligaments in the paw, feet, or leg area, the breeder will not be held
accountable and the purchaser takes full responsibility if such a case should
arise to have the puppy treated at his own expense.
Bite: We will state, at the time of sale, or when asked, whether the bite is scissors, even, or off, one way or the other. It is not uncommon for a puppies’ bite to change, back and forth, with growth. The bite has nothing to do with overall health.
COLOR; We cannot guarantee color to stay the same in an adult dog as in a puppy. As the puppy grows, some coloration shows up more, some less. Sometimes there may be fading or deepening of color and this is beyond the control of the breeder.
OUR GUARANTEE:
We guarantee our puppies against genetic defects for 1 yr. If your vet feels your puppy has a genetic defect that is threatening the life of the puppy please contact us. We will need the records faxed to our vet to confirm the problem. This does not include any of the above mentioned minor flaws. We are not responsible for any vet bills accrued for your puppy. If our vet determines the puppy has a life threatening genetic defect within 1 yr we will replace the puppy as another one becomes available. There will be no refunds of any money. We will need the original puppy back and all shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
REGISTRATION; Full AKC Registration, registration-rights litter paperwork, or a copy of the litter application will be supplied and will go with the puppy unless otherwise stated on a PET ONLY contract (LIMITED REGISTRATION OR NO REGISTRATION). The paperwork will be on the crate when your puppy is shipped. Both parties agree and stipulate that Tag Along Ranch kennel name will be added as a prefix or beginning of the dogs AKC name, and that this will be done before the paperwork leaves our facility.
This puppy is sold with the understanding that the puppy will live INDOORS, be socialized properly, and become a member of the family.
